Soursop
Also known as the miracle fruit, SourSop has proved to be 10,000 times more powerful in slowing the growth of cancer cells than chemotherapy. This leathery like fruit has killed cells in 12 types of cancer, keeps bones healthy, prevents anemia, prevents constipation because it's full of fiber and helps to boost good cholesterol.

 

Cinnamon
Cinnamon's unique healing abilities come from three basic types of components in the oils found in the bark. Cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate and cinnamyl alcohol. Cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory, an anti-microbial, it boost brain activity, helps control blood sugar levels and is an excellent source of fiber, just to name a few.
Sage

Sage is native to countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea and has been consumed in these regions for thousands of years. In medicinal lore, sage has one of the longest histories of use of any medicinal herb.
